Site Manager and Athletic Trainer

Mike Landsberg, ATC, CSCS

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont with a concentration in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology. Mike is a state licensed and nationally certified Athletic Trainer and he holds additional certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, respectively. Mike is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the Vermont Association of Athletic Trainers, where he served as president for four years and was the legislative affairs chairman for 18 years. He also serves as an advisor to the Vermont Department of Professional Regulation. He specializes in lower extremity and shoulder injuries and has particular interests in the throwing athlete, performance enhancement through speed, agility, and quickness development, injury prevention, and working with athletes at Colchester High School. Mike’s time away from work is spent coaching track and field and baseball, enjoying the outdoors with his wife, two sons and dog, running, hiking, golf, skiing and snowshoeing.

Physical Therapist

Britni Myers, DPT

Britni graduated from Northeastern University in May 2009 with a Clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked at the RehabGYM since graduating and has gained experience with both children and adults. Britni has a special interest in neurological and musculoskeletal impairements, aquatic therapy, and preventative care. Outside of work, she enjoys being active with all of the outdoor activities Vermont has to offer and spending time with close friends and family.

Cathy Webster, PT

Cathy Webster earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1984. She has been involved in sports all of her life including alpine skiing, running, cycling and hiking. She currently remains active with her family which includes two young children and a new puppy. Cathy specializes in Rehab & Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and she has recently added a number of children with special needs to her caseload.

Personal Trainer

Emily Rosenberry, NASM-CPT

Emily has been involved in sports from a young age, but found her passion in the weight room. She attended the University of Vermont, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching in 2022. Since then, Emily has earned her Personal Training Certification through NASM and worked at the RehabGYM with a focus on helping others cultivate healthy and sustainable relationships with exercise. Outside of work, she can be found lifting, hiking, riding her bike, or spending time with her friends and family.

Physical Therapist

Jeff Look, PT

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont in 1999. Over the past 16 years, he has been able to gain experience in multiple areas of practice, those of which include: inpatient/acute care settings, outpatient orthopedics, industrial rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities and work as a traveling therapist. Most of his experience has been spent in outpatient orthopedics, which is where he likes to specialize. He is very active outside and he enjoys long distance running, mountain biking, skiing, camping and hiking. When he is not at work, you’ll probably find him on the trail with his fiance and two pups.

Jill Fitz-Gerald, DPT

Jill is a native Vermonter and grew up in the small town of Monkton. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science. Jill then continued her education at UVM and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. Jill has a special interest in pediatric and aquatic therapy. The best day in the physical therapy program was when Jill realized she could work with patients in the water as a part of their rehab. Jill swam competitively through high school, taught swim lessons, coached, life guarded, and is a certified scuba diver. Outside of work Jill loves to be in or on the water, playing with her dog, traveling,or spending time with family and friends.

Korina Cassidy

Korina comes from a long background of being in the Hospitality Industry for 10 yrs. but recently decided to switch gears into the Medical Billing World and is recently a Certified Professional Coder/Biller (CPC). As a local Vermonter, with Fall being her favorite time of year, she enjoys taking walks with her husband, their son Cooper and another on the way as well as spending her time with family and the farm animals including chickens and 2 baby goats!

Physical Therapist

Sara Falconer, DPT

Sara comes from Anchorage, Alaska where she grew up hiking, fishing, and skiing with her family. In 2014, she moved to Vermont where she began coaching high school athletes in skiing and running. It was then that she realized her love of working with people to attain their movement goals and decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. Sara graduated in 2024 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont. Sara has special interest in orthopedic and sports conditions in patients of all ages. In addition to her physical therapy license, Sara holds coaching certifications for Nordic skiing, Olympic weightlifting, track and field, and yoga.  When she is not working in the clinic, she enjoys coaching cross country skiing with Mansfield Nordic Club and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Sarah Doben, DPT

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont. She continued her education at Boston University, where she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2024. Sarah’s clinical interests include pediatric, sports, preventative, and orthopedic physical therapy. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.​

Sharon Gutwin, PT

Sharon Gutwin graduated from the University of Vermont in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has practiced PT in a variety of settings, but most recently in Sports and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Her ideas of the RehabGYM have come from years of listening to what patients most want in physical rehabilitation. In addition to reactive care for injury and disease, Sharon promotes proactive care efforts to focus on keeping the body healthy and injury free.

Billing Manager

Sean Jaques

Sean earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 2008. His professional experience has focused on client support in various technical industries. This reflects his interest in computers and contributes to his success as Billing Specialist for The RehabGYM. Other interests include reading, online gaming, photography and traveling the world. Sean has a special interest in photographing European castles such as the majestic Neuschwanstein in Germany.

Executive

David Barlow

David worked as a senior executive for Iron Mountain and Health Dialog prior to joining The RehabGYM full-time in 2016. He is a financial partner in the business and is responsible for daily operations with the three site managers. David stays active by playing golf and pickleball.
